Anyone with an interest in refereeing soccer matches should obtain USSF certification.
Go to Colorado State Referees Administration to acquire the United States Soccer
Federation (USSF) Certification Clinic Schedules.
- The USSF referee certification training clinics are taught by USSF Instructors.
- A 100 question test is required for Entry Level.
- A 75% grade is required become a Certified Referee.
- Annual re-certification clinics with passing grades on exams are required of all Referees (all grades).
- Social Security numbers are required to attend all clinics.
These courses are open to anyone wishing to attend.
Where multiple days are listed, you must attend all sessions to receive certification.

Player passes will be required in order for a player to be considered officially registered for any given team in the Southwest Quadrant.
Please refrain from using rosters during "check in."
As referee, please insist that passes for the current season are provided per player.
Any player without a pass should not be allowed to play.
